The Club at Wells Point (The Club) is a Covenant controlled subdivision. The Club is
located in Pflugerville TX, just north of Austin. In an excellent location with easy access to schools,
shopping centers, parks, and minutes away from many attractions in the Austin area, The Club features a
safe and quiet community with beautiful grounds, a children’s playscape with benches, picnic tables,
a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, and a clubhouse that includes a fitness center
equipped with showers and dressing rooms.

Annual Homeowners Meeting - November 11, 2009
The Club at Wells Point Annual Homeowners meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 11th from 6:30-8:30pm at the Pflugerville Recreation Center Meeting room.

In order to ensure the longevity of the Club at Wells Point perimeter fences/walls, the Owners Association Board asks that residents with a perimeter fence/wall help maintain it by keeping shrubs and tree branches trimmed away from the fence/wall and refrain from placing landscape material (soil, mulch, rocks, bricks, etc.) against the fence/wall. Residents with perimeter structures will be responsible for future repair/replacement expense for deterioration that is caused by lack of maintenance as mentioned earlier. Pool Opening- April 1, 2009
