Each resident received a book when they closed on their house.  This book contains helpful information about area schools, swimming pool hours and a host of other things intended to help you.  Also contained in this book are the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions known as the DCC&R's.  When you purchased your single-family residence you were made aware that there is a Home Owners Association and you voluntarily accepted the DCC&R's.  If you have not read the DCC&R's we suggest that each of you do so.
